Fuji's mirrorless are really good, I think the x-t30 is the cheaper one and they have a lot of great cheaper lenses too. I've got the x-t1 and it's been great, traveled around the world with me and it's been great. Read more

I upgraded from a Canon 7d to a Sony a7riii almost two years ago, and the Sony’s are amazing. So much packed in there, I will never be able to take advantage of all it can do. I’ve used the a6000s (can’t remember which), and they’re awesome too. Although costly, the tech leap from the $1000 a6400 to the full format… Read more

Calling Sony the “gold standard” when Fuji is running around out there with incredible lenses is just silly. Not to mention the menus on Sony cameras are just awful. They have some great sensors and their lenses are...fine. But that’s about it.
Fuji is somewhat the opposite- sensors great if anyone would actually… Read more

The mirrorless digital camera market is full of great choices! Sony definitely has very good camera and they are the masters of miniaturization when it comes to camera bodies. However, when considering the whole package, lenses make a significant difference in size and that’s where Micro Four-Thirds really shine. Read more

After trying out all major brands of DSLR and Mirrorless cames in the last few years if I had to pick one it would be Fuji X-T3. Comparatively cheap but high quality lenses and great colors in JPEG mode. Can’t be beaten unless you spend a lot more on Nikon, Sony etc. Read more

Fuji X-T3 (On a budget, the X-T30 is also great). That will be my third Fuji mirrorless when I pick it up in the near future. I’ve had the X-E1 and X-T20. You simply will not find better lenses outside of Leica with Fujinon. The 35mm, 56mm and 10-24mm in particular are game changers in the mirrorless segment, offering… Read more

I have an Olympus OMD EM10 Mark ii which has been my camera for the past five years, and I love it. I came to it after using Canon DSLRs for 10 years prior. It’s extremely affordable and so are a lot of the lenses, and you get a big range of lenses too. Read more

I don’t know that I would discount Olympus so easily. I have an OMD E-M10 at the moment (looking at getting a mk3) and it’s great. You mention expensive lenses - the M43 format has some great lenses that range from budget to affordable quality to pro-level. You can get the M10 mk 3 on Amazon under $600 with the kit… Read more

Personally, I wish everyone had it setup so that there are controller only “lobbies” and kb/m + controller “lobbies” and if you’re in controller only but a mouse or keyboard registers as being used, you’re kicked out.
